Give your employees a lift

If you employ a 16 or 17 old you (and they) could be missing out.  The Learning Agreement Pilot has been set up to support businesses in retaining their young employees by offering accredited training for 16-17 year olds - completely free to Lancashire employers.

As we’re sure you recognise, the more skills your workforce possess the more productive they will be.  Training is the perfect way to give your employees a lift… growing their skills, increasing their confidence and ultimately helping them be the best they can be.

What’s in it for you as an employer?

  • £250 in recognition of your support for each Young Person from your organisation that completes their Learning Agreement
  • Assistance to identify the skills and training needs of other employees within your company
  • An individual training package tailored to meet your company’s requirements
  • Access to free professional support and guidance in the workplace from a Learning Agreement Pilot Personal Adviser.

How much work will you have to put in?

Simply accommodate on-site visits from a Learning Agreement Pilot Personal Adviser and provide support the young person throughout their learning

How much will it cost you?

It’s totally FREE! – You just need to give a little bit of time and lots of support!
